RAM overclocking issue

Is this just a bad board?

Dunno. Could be anything. Power supply... gpu.... have you updated the gpu drivers?

Please list your PC specs, power supply (brand, model, age), exact RAM model. etc.

Yea everything is updated my only other option at this point is to RMA it. I guess my last question is i think i mentioned before that my issue was restarting and not blue screens. Is it normal to pass benchmarks and stress tests every time but have these random restarts under a super minimal load of a non-graphically demanding game? Thats what is most strange to me

By default a Blue Screen will restart your PC. You need to disable that to make sure a BSOD isn't causing a reboot.
