Anyway to fix this network card's problem?

I have a Netgear FA311 which has a loose network cable connecter. To get a good connection, i have to push it in and push up. Is there a way to fix this?

i would replace the card. i just bought my third FA311 for $8 at microcenter. (i have one in each computer) i don't think it would be worth the trouble trying to fix it.

anyway, you could use tweezers to pull the contact pins up so they make better contact with the cable's connector.
