New motherboard new power supply new hard drive new ram

when the computer is powered up it wants to keep going but it power of and on a few times and then stops

it does not hold the power for more then a second

any ideas

RMA that board and tell them you need a P4P800-SE. I've had as asus P4P800 once that did the same thing. It had cold boot issues and what's sorts of crap it does when i reboot the damn rig. You dont have to put up with this kind of things get a new one.
