I have 200 dollars to spend on a new graphics card and i dont know which one to get >_< , I would like some suggestions on which card is the best i can get with my money. Thnx for any help provided. Oh and im only interested in buying a 128mb vid card no 64mb cards.

I like the radeon 8500 for under $100. The Radeon 9000 is in the same price range however the 8500 beats it out in 75% of the benchmarks. If you are looking for a geforce card you could get a geforce 4 4400 for under 200 with shipping. I am a gainward fan. They put better memory on their geforce cards then any other manufacutur. The cards with the realy good ram are cald "golden sample" cards. These cards you can overclock like no other. To bad the best card I can find in your price range in a geforce 4 ti 4200 the 4400 cost almost 240 after shipping from http://avlogic.com/product.cgi?code=11002236. Oh well here is the best place to get a 4400 card http://www.buyxtremegear.com/msinvidgefti.html and here is the Radeon 8500 http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=14-102-213 This is the radeon 8500LE card the only diference between this card and the non le card is it doesnt have the digital flat panel out. Most people cant support that plug anyway. Well there you go...

Get the Ti4400 I recommend MSI brand , check the forum Maxvia I believe has one and overclocks very well.

Geforce Ti 4400 rocks and OC's like a mofo, I have the 4200 and I bumped it up about 25% which raised my stock 3dmark score more than 500 points.

500 pts on a 25% overclock is not very much at all you should be looking at close to a gain of 1000 imho. play aroubnd with drivers

Yeah, Ti4400 is your best bet. Or you could get the Asus 8420 deluxe which is a Ti4200 card but it uses the same board design as the 4400 and has 3.3ns RAM (as opposed to the Ti4400's 3.6 ns. So theoretically it shoudl o/c better. It's about $190 or so best price I've found on it. Or if you could pay a few bucks more, say $230 or so, you could get a Ti4600 card.
