If you go by the higher TDP, it's 22w additional for each cpu, which would mean 88w total. The question is would the extra 4% in speed be worth the extra 16% power draw.

I am not sure I follow. From the specs sheet I am looking at, they both have 115W TDP. The 6176SE goes up to 140W TDP. I am missing something?

Check it out with AMD directly. Your CPU World source is not in agreement with the post on AnandTech, on this matter.

I have heard several times that higher frequency ram is better. Aka 2133mhz with lose timings > 1600mhz and tight timings. Well here is a pretty good deal on 2133mhz memory. It does take a bit of voltage, but they can also be overclocked a bit too and they are cheap!

Don't buy them all out before I decide whether or not I want a kit. Pretty sure I am going to grab these, sell my gskill 1600mhz sticks for 35 bucks. Thats me spending a 20 dollar bill to upgrade to 2133mhz, not to shabby.
