Like the title says- and if so, what program do i need to see them? I installed a coolbits registry hack that supposedly enable this- but im not sure if it really exists.

Do ft4ti gpu's have an on die temp sensor?

That would be cool if they had an on on die temp sensor. I am not sure if they do. I have heard asus implementing an external temp diode on some cards, i think it was a gf4 ti 4600 but i could be wrong. If so, then the gf4 probably doesnt have an ondie sensor.
