128 (tax included) from newegg refurb. its an OEM bundle (all the stuff the retail comes with)

LOL. I KNEW THAT! i practicly (forgot how to spell it) live in these forums, i visit atleast once a day.

so what do u think of my catch? it comes with retail everything (OEM Bundle). also it is a TI 4400 core with 8x AGP and 128MB ram rite? does the TI 4400 core overclock as good as the TI 4200 core if not better?

The 4400 core should oc higher than the 4200 since it starts out higher but as you know its mostly luck. Imho its a pretty good deal, especially since lots of people pay 180$ for the same card lol. Did it come with free games?
