is this a good fan for water cooling?

because if i use 38mm fans i wont be able to do push pull not enough space.

yet, with 30 fpi push-pull you are still in AP territory
absolute minimum are AP15's (or NB eLOOPS)

with the 30 fpi you've painted yourself into a corner, get some GOOD PROVEN fans.
