monitor keeps restarting

i have an advent 15" tft monitor it keeps switching itself off when i start it says there is a problem with the drivers for my geforce fx 5600 but ive changed the drivers and tried different ones it seems to do this mostly on kazaa and some other websites

It's the problem with FX 5600... I own FX 5700, same problem... ****ty series.
