Multipliers above 12.5 on DLT3C 1700+0319- how to get?

How do I get multipliers above 12. 5 on my 1700+ DLT3C 0319 WPMW?
THis is still new to me, but I have mine running at 2.124 (170 x 2 FSB) G now on air with 41c temp. I can not go higher on the Freq. but it appears the multiplier is causing the bottleneck?

you could go here http://www.ocinside.de/index_e.html if you want to change the multi to a certain one like 13 13.5 and so on or you could connect the fifth and third L3 to unlock the upper multis.

That should do the trick. Although I had to connect the 2nd also on my KT7A
