Im trying to get a good gaming computer for a low price. I was wondering how good mines currently is. And is there any way I could improve it while keeping the price down.
Are all the parts compatible?

Well, you could step down to the plain 4690 as you can't overclock on that motherboard anyways.
I don't like Hitachi hard drives. Seagate is about the same price. You can ditch the hyper 212 since you wont be overclocking.
You can cheap out and go down to a Corsair CX600 PSU

that should save you enough for a cheap 128GB SSD.

You said you were wondering how good yours currently is. Is the one you listed your current setup? If not list your setup and we can give you ideas on what to upgrade.
