If you CPU is only getting 1.31-1.312 vcore then it needs a bump or two of juice. But if your core temps are already hitting 59 C. then your cooler wouldn't handle more volts.

I have excellent news.

My computer has been running stable for the last 2 days.

I thank you all very much for your valuable input.

I would give it a Vcore bump.

You are quite right about the heat, although I can note that after I put the side panel back on I haven't seen the temperature rise above 52C even under Prime95. This is with stock cooling, so to see where I go from here I give you this:

New heatsink won't fit.

After this is accomplished I will deffinately play with the voltage a bit.
