No worries mate. I think we've covered all the bases now.

What's the "complete" component list you're leaning towards?

If you're looking to cut prices still further you COULD try looking at a cheaper power supply like the TOPOWER SilentEZ TOP-500SE 500W ATX12V V2.3 Power Supply for $50, just keep in mind that the Seasonic unit suggested earlier is a better unit and will provide more stable voltages, which makes it better in an overclock.

This Topower is the lowest I personally will go choosing a power supply in a build, I recently purchased a Vantec ION2 520W PSU, which is made by Topower. Topower is the OEM for many OCZ and Tagan PSU's. It's a solid budget PSU.

If you can afford the Seasonic though I urge you to use it instead, especially as this build is centering around a nice overclock. The one thing this Topower unit has over the Seasonic though is that it's modular, which is nice when cutting down on cable clutter. Likewise it's black which may appeal to you if you go for the side window and the price difference is enough for you to actually buy the side window with.

Anyways, I'd ask the question about that Aplevia PSU in the power supply section. Try get an answer from Oaklahoma Wolf as he know's a lot about just about every power supply out there. If he says if ok run with it, if not then heed his advice. He's always right on these things.

I'd advise against it purely from the point of view that I've never heard of the brand and there are no reviess (with the exception of Newegg user reviews) out there.

Can't say I'd ever spend that much on a case that doesn't include a quality PSU in the price, but it's your money I guess.

One thing that I would always recommend, is that instead of having one huge hard drive in a setup, you should think about getting a smal hard drive (ie. a 250 gig) for OS and a larger (ie. a 500 gig) for general storage of stuff. It may cost more, but you get a bit more data security, especially if the OS disk crashes and burns.

RAID 0 = twice the chance of failure and complete data loss.

I would never keep data on a RAID 0 setup, though I would with RAID 1+0. I've got things setup so everything under my docs syncs with my data drive on startup, I can lose either drive and my critical data is safe. Take a look at Microsoft SyncToy, its free.

I still don't know why you're fixated on the Coolermaster V8, if you're looking in that price range the Prolimatech Megahalems CPU Cooler is about the same price and is the best cooling heatsink out there bar none..... Same goes for the Thermalright TRUE 120, the efficiency of these two heatsinks approaches that of water cooling.

Meh, you want looks then go for the black editions of the heatsinks I suggested and fit one of those red Xigmatek LED fans to them. Can i say bling? :p

Seriously, check out the Prolimatech heatsink. The best cooling there is and the thing is massive. Big coolers always look incredibly impressive through a side window, seeing as bling seems to come ahead of functionality for you.

By the way, while the Cosair is a nice case.... I mean, look at the price. I reckon the NZXT Alpha would suit you perfectly once you painted the inside black. With the difference in cost you can either get a top quality power supply or an SSD.
