NV Silencer Question for Ti4400

I have the tweakmonster ram sinks on my Ti4400, would this interfere with a NV Silencer?

You should be able to find specs online. If the total height of the spacer between the GPU and heatsink is less than the height of your ramsinks, your question has been answered... They silencer's allow a fair amount of clearance, but I'm not familiar with the NV line of silencers. I had to check on the same thing for my vga silencer and it clears my OCZ ramsinks.
