p4 2.8ghz stock cooling is best?

I'm trying to lower the temperature on my northwood

2.8ghz o/c to 3.01... full load on prime95 is running around 57.5C
on stock heatsink. Am I better of getting a cooler master or alpha?

Of those two choices, I'd go with the Alpha and Arctic Silver, you'll have good results.
