Jolly-Swagman, thanks man :)

djrussell, haha yeah :) i've had them for like 15 years now (seriously), can't get rid of it! hehe. Thanks !

Caust1c, yeah! that one was actually nice! What's the name of it? Never seen it before!

tjh566, and thanks to you too :)

Anyway, put it all back togheter again into the case, and i met some complications, need to resize the "CPU-vent" on the sideplate with about 5mm. The rest went just fine though.

The air duct for the hdds works nicer now, better flow since i fixed some small things on the backside.

Also made a custom clear CMOS switch togheter with a PCI-plate a power SW "cable" and ofcourse a cool switch :D (Last pic in this post will show a part of it)

And... i lapped my CPU, made alot of difference on the load temps right away, from 65 to 56 (it Was VERY convex), i think the temps will get better later on since the AS5 needs to burn in.
(The pic when done doesn't look shiny, but it is, just a bad pic)

Here's some more pics, will add more later on, as usual.

The frontpanel is not yet done (and some other things). But here's the results when everything on place except the sideplate!

Update again!

Oh well, i forgott that i had the NB cooling between the CPU and the GPU, and i want the heatpipes to show, so i cut out the hole like this. But i'm thinking of modifying it even more, anyone got any suggestions? Or any other suggestions regarding the rest of the case, that you think i shall do?

As anyone said earlier about plexi, i'm thinking of it, but i can't think of anything that will fit in and keep the functions for cooling.

i really like the heatsink-sticking-out-of-the-side look. it reminds me of a hood scoop on old muscle cars.

oh yeah, your english is great too. better than some native speakers i know. to clarify though, you lapped your cpu, not lathed.

thank you man! :)
Hehe, maybe that's where I got the idea from the back of my head! (Car mechanics since -01 and I still do alot of nasty turbo-converting-projects, besides playing with computers hehe, on a bmw M535i e28 turbo thou)

EDIT: Found some wax that was laying around, so i tried to ploish it up a bit, and damn, it really shines afterwards! :D Gonna try it out on the rest of the case tomorrow :)
