Hey im a ATI fan but my home desktop computer(before i knew what overclocking or anything about computer) has a ti4600 and i need to know what is a good overclocking tool for this beast and what to set it to on stock with no ramsinks.

do a google for coolbits. Run it, and it will prompt you to change the registry. Do it. Then go into the advanced display settings for your ti4600 and you should see an new menu option for clock speeds. Set it to manuel and keep testing settings until you have a stable overclock.
