No disc, No email. Nothing.Well, my rep said it should be here today...here is to hoping!
Called, all is well, it will be here Friday. Something about they had to enter my order manually and there was a 6 day delay. Oh well, soon enough!No disc, No email. Nothing.
Just called the number and the rep probably got tired of reassuring me this was for the Professional Full version. Call time was less than 10 minutes and I also received an order confirmation email before the call was even over.
I've tried so much to get this deal, I called the first time and verified it was the full version, got to the ordering and they said "we don't accept debit cards only credit."
I called 5 more times but never talked to a rep after at least an hour on hold each time.
I called last week and got all the way to the actual ordering when the rep said "Oh, we're out of Win7 Pro stock, call back next week."
So, I called today and they said they no longer process student discounts on the phone, that I'll have to go through www.win741.com to order, but that site only offers upgrade versions...
I'll just have to buy the OEM or Retail version I guess...
