Windows Fax and Scan - Did it disappear in the latest W11 update???

As the title says.

Anyone with W11 that's fully updated, do you still have the Windows Fax and Scan program? I use it for scanning and, it randomly disappeared. I even added the .exe file and DLLs and it still won't launch. I had to go to the Windows Store and DL the "Scan" app.....

I had to get it from the Microsoft store as well, I know it used to be part of windows until recently!!

Hmmm.... Fortunately I don't work at the Helpdesk anymore. We have a free faxing program called Faxability. It uses the MS fax and scan to work. Not sure if our users even still use it.

Just checked. Not on my Windows 11 built by my employer.

Thats the version my last update brought me to when I noticed it wasn't installed anymore, my laptop wasn't updated yet and had the fax and scan program yet, I haven't updated it yet to see if it gets removed or not.

Correct (see first post). I downloaded 'Windows scan' from the MS store.
