Other than the price difference, the FSB speed, the Xeon's ability to be used in SMP and the difference in cache size, how are the new Xeons and Pentium 4's different?

Companies tend to make you pay a premium for SMP capabilities. For example, the Athlon XP and MP chips. They are basically the same processors, except the MPs are modified a bit so that they can run on dual proc boards.
 
Look at AMD MP's vs. XP......... same chip, expensive copper bridge on top ;)
