If you can get that combo for $100 definately go for it... if you really wanted an overclocking board you could sell that board on ebay and have almost enough cash for an NF7 or A7N8X.

I have my 2100 on a K7S5A and its runs really stable. If what your looking for a really stable board for a low cost, its definately worth it. I've had mine for 2 years and am not disapointed in it at all. It does exactly what it was designed for and a bit more. If you want to overclock with this board however, you need to flash the BIOS with the cheepoman OC bios that has FSB settings. There are also a few mods you can do to the board if you are good with your hands and can soulder, that add multi & vcore settings.
