MSI Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming X Trio Review

Today we have our hands on an aftermarket card, the MSI Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming X Trio. The Gaming X Trio version of this card brings a more robust VRM design, a large triple-fan heatsink, and a small overclock out of the box. The 2.5-slot+ cooling solution includes RGB lighting on top and the front on the middle fan shroud. A full-length graphene backplate with a white MSI dragon cleans up the card’s backside while adding some rigidity. Overall, it’s a  good looking card and will fit in well with most build themes.

G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 32GB DDR4 4000 Review

 G.Skill recently released a few new special kits of DDR4 that feature super-fast XMP profiles and including one that is dual rank. Within the enthusiast PC community, there’s been a whole lot of buzz about dual-rank memory modules and how they offer superior performance for some benchmarks and games. Simply put, this means there are ICs on both sides of the memory PCB for better interleaving and thus better performance. We reached out to G.Skill and they sent us their new dual-rank flagship product, the unbelievably fast 2 x 16 GB 4000 CL16-19-19 Trident Z Royal.

3DMark Releases DirectX Raytracing Feature Test

3DMark has upgraded its benchmarking software to include a DirectX Raytracing feature test. With the upcoming November 18th launch of AMD’s RX 6000 Series GPU’s, ray tracing will no longer be an Nvidia only feature. This latest benchmark will measure and compare the performance of dedicated ray-tracing hardware giving 3DMark the ability to compare these features on the latest graphics cards. MSI RTX 3090 Gaming X Trio Review: Fastest Ever… for $1500+

Today we get our first taste of Nvidia’s flagship RTX 3090 GPU, and thanks to MSI, we’ll be testing their RTX 3090 Gaming X Trio.
