Should I get the ThermalTake Tiger or New Revision Abit NB fan for my IS7?

These are the ones I'm considering for active NB cooling. Also beside being quieter will these upgraded NB HSF's give me a better overclock?

I installed the Tiger 1 to replace the noise of the stock Abit NB fan/cooler , it also seems to help keep things more stable at an equal overclock (have not tried a higher OC with the Tiger 1) .
All-in-all the Tiger 1 is nice and quite and seems to be well worth the change from the factory NB cooler .
