Sound card recommendation for K7S5A

Gentlemen!
What do you recommend as a good sound card for my system thats under $100?
BTW: Is there any noticable difference if I upgrade from my built in AC97 sound device in the mobo?

There is a improvement in sound quality w/ a dedicated sound card. If you play music or game w/ a 5.1 speaker system, then upgrade. If you only have 2.1 set up (2speakers and a subwoofer) save your money.
In the sub $100 range there is no dobt the Creative Labs Audigy rules.
