Athlon 64 3000+ or 3200+??

Guys I've been reading here on this for days and I can't seem to decide if the Athlon 64 3200+ is worth the extra $60 over the 3000+. They both seem to be overclocking the same, so I guess my question is: Is the extra 512mb L2 Cache worth it?

If you model or video edit then yes but for most things you will only see a small improvement with the extra L2.

ive heard that there is not much difference between the two and that you can almost overclock the 3000+ as high as the 3200+

I heard the L2 cache does have its performance difference esp. in games
