Want to narrow down my [Bios Choices]

Hi guys Im just trying to narrow down my choices :

If I have read this correct it appears that these Modded Bios would work ok for Winbond BH=5 2x256

I know not all of them have the Soft Mod L12 built in so I wanted to choose one that would have the L12 SoftMod and cpc on.

Do any of the d10 bios have the L12Soft Mod or will have have to go with one of the newer modded Bios that have been released?

I think some of the Merlin's newer Bios {D25 D2 CPC On.rar} has the L12 mod built in already and few more from Merlin.

I know its pretty much trial and error from reading alot of the posts Im just trying to figure out a good starting point to flash bios to and go from there.

Any thoughts suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
