Radeon HD 5770 vs 8800 GT

Hello everyone I have a question I sold my GTX 260 because of high temps I didnt like.Now back on the old 8800 GT.How much of a boost will the Radeon 5770 give me over the 8800 GT if any at all?Still running Q6600 3 gig ram 750 Ultra PS.Thanks

It allows a higher resolution to be run , HDMI and is more powerful .. it would not be a waste of a 100 but if you plan on a new rig later this year or next you could pass on it as well

It will provide a nice bump in performance over a 8800 GT for sure, but a gtx 460 or better would be leaps and bounds. This is the 5770 I have and it would save you another $10 on the rebate.
