1 raid drive going offline

I have 3x1TB WD black drives raided. about 210GB in raid 0 and the rest in raid 5 (Steam library is stored on the raid 5 volume). Recently, 1 of the drives has started to go offline while playing csgo and then the machine blue screens. After a reboot, the volume has to rebuild. This has only happened while playing CS:GO.

Does anyone know if the drive is nearing its death or is it caused by something else? WD lifeguard tools don't seem to work on the drives, since they are in raid. Is there any software out there that will let me test these drives while in raid? Could it be a PSU issue?

This could be caused by a few things. It could simply be on board RAID being unreliable, the drive having issues, or TLER causing the drive to drop out. That really isn't a good combination to have.
