When you do screenshots its better if you use the snipping tool on each separate, not your whole desktop. It makes it easier for us to read. Open your bios screenshots & use the snipping tool & it will make them small enough to upload.
I guess i'm not seeing any problems in your screenshots, temps look good & I don't see any errors in Prime 95.
You might try setting your ram to 1600 & your CNP-NB & HT to 2000, taking your multi down to say 19 or 18.5 & raising your FSB up till you get where you want, watch your ram speeds as they don't like going over 1980 & you may need to give the ram a voltage bump to 1.55
These chips overclock better with both FSB & multi
Start off slow and work your way up doing ONE SETTING at a time so you can see what changes are good or bad

Doing multi only will not get you past 4.4Ghz
I have tried it & no matter how much Vcore you throw at it, thats it

Here are some quick Overclocks that is web & gaming stable BUT not Prime stable due to temps I run into on air.






Do a search any where here & you will see that doing both net in higher clocks
