AM2+ Board Died Need Help On AM3/RAM

Today was the day my board below finally snuffed it and it was a dam good board too so I've been looking at a new AM3 board my CPU and GPU work fine luckly I have another AMD rig that I tested them in. So I was looking at this board

I chose that RAM cause I think if I remember right the P-II have a Hyperthreading speed of 2000 max so 1333mhz RAM is the max out line aint it~??

Tighter ram timings will still give a performance boost and that you have chosen is CL9 stuff.

Is that good ??? I understand lower timings is where to go so I'll have a look at the others
