Hi,
I need help to let my system stable with 3.8Ghz+ w/o low voltage... when i get 3.8 and run prime95 my system crashes

My Spec Are
MOBO M4A78T-E
CPU & Cooler Amd Phenom II X4 965 BE C3 , Thermaltake Frio
MEMORY Corsair 2x2GB Dominator 1333
VIDEO CARD Ati 5870
O/S Win 7 64B
Case Cooler Master HAF 922 with stock coolers

What are your current BIOS settings? What settings have you tried?
 
Set the Vcore to 1.35-1.40V for a 200MHz x 19 = 3.8GHz clock, CPU/NB voltage to 1.375V, adjust the DRAM frequency to DDR3-1333 (6.66 DRAM mult.), and the DRAM timings and voltage to match what the modules are rated to run at.
