now, back into bios, set YOUR DEFAULT ram speed as I have mine set in pic 1

then into dram timing control, setting only the items I have set in pic 2 but, to YOUR DEFAULT ram timings.
yea, it's pretty boring, p95 again.

we are heading for,
minimum vcore,
lowest core temps,
highest core speed,
nice and stable cores.
we don't care about ram right now, other than it is at default and stable.
if the stix list 1600, that is default and what we want it set too.

then go losten that timing to 37.
did you set the speed and timings to YOUR STIX DEFAULT VALUES?

Yep 1600mhz 9,10,9,27 (but it's xmp ram. I checked the xmp profile and it's the same timings default value in bios is 1333mhz but xmp profile changes timings and bumps up to 1600mhz although ram labels say 1600mhz on them anyway.)

Will loosen to 37. Ifor issue persists I will down them to rams default of 1333 and out row cycle back to 33

or just rest it all to auto for the time.
