ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition q-code 34 and boot_device_led

I'm getting q-code 34 and boot_device_led is on every time i try to power on the PC.
If i press reset then it boots fine.

MB is ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition.

Any help will be appreciated.

Which SATA ports are your SSD and HDDs on?

Intel SATA6G_1 for SSD with windows, primary...
