I have a little time off work this week, so Im going to tackle the LED's on the fan controller. not sure how this will go. I have to desolder the LEDs, flip them around, and resolder them.

I took a couple pictures of the fan controller when I was working on it. The hardest part was when one of the buttons popped up and the spring fell on the floor. Of course as soon as it hits the floor it disapears. But, I found it and all is well.

I didnt void any warranty with it. everything is still in tact. its vinyl on the hard drive, not paint. and can be removed.

Oh wow, in that case nice. Thought you said it was spray painted for some reason...guess I was too glued to the pictures :p

Nice looking build! Man I do love those TH10's! Amazing cases! Wish I could talk the wife into allowing me to purchase one! :bang head

the trick is telling her you will take the burden of the finaces on your shoulders. Then just work it into your budget under necessities.

So I have made all the feet and finished making all the wires from my fan controller. I bought the wrong size leds for the feet. so I need to go get some new ones today. then I will build some cable for those and tie them in with my lighting controller. After that I just need to clean the wires up a bit and make some decals for the power supply side of my case and a couple for the inside on the motherboard.
I also was tossing around an Idea for making a GPU support. I contacted the caselabs about it, and they said somthing like that was in the works. I came up the one in the pictures. Not sure if i want to try and cut out the evga E in the side or just use vinyl. I think I'll play around with it tomorrow a little to get it just right. What do you guys think of it? Keep it, bag it, or altar it?

dscn0273ye.jpg

Keep it. Looks fine to me! And definitely supports it well. Nice job on the build man.. That's amazing. But... Is that thing loud? Lol. Soooo many fans.... XD

These fan are very quiet. its not loud at all.
ok, so I decided to cut out the evga E into the side of the GPU support. After, I thought it needed more. I had this red ripple looking sheet of plastic that I wanted to use for somthing. Its not sticky at all, so I wasn't sure how to stick it to the plastic without it looking horrible on the back. I tried 2 sided tape and a few other things that failed to hold it tight. I decided to go with some more vinyl to help. I might have to pick up some black vinyl to put on it, instead of red. You can't realy see it on the back when its in the case. you have to look from way behind it. even then it doesnt look bad at all. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks for all the great comments and opinions people have been giving me.

So I finished building, mounting, and wiring the feet in. Let me know what you think.

What are your temps like? I'm not sure if you posted this somewhere. Sorry if you did.

How far have you got the GTX 580/2700K OC'd? I assume the board is a Gen3 board? If it is; are you going to swap to a i7 3770K later? Or not bother? Your PSU is sooo overkill lol. 1200W.. You'd be lucky to hit 400W even with all your devices XD.

Cpu idles at 32, full load at 52. that is overclocked at 5ghz. It overclocks up to 5.2ghz but crashes every once in awhile.
Gpu idles at 22, full load at 33. that is at 965 core, 1930 shader, 2106 memory. Its running at 1.138. Questions for you, any reason it wont let me bump that up to 1.15. The option is there, but when I go to change it, it says 1.138 instead of the new voltage.
Yes, the power supply is over kill for now. I plan on dropping in the Ivy bridge when it releases. Also not sure if I'm going to go with another 580 gpu or wait for the new version and get a couple of those. the fans alone draw .45 amps a piece at 12v. So for just the 29 fan, I'm drawing 156w. thats not including the pump, drives, cpu, gpu.... by the time I get the other gpu's I could need it. Better safe than sorry. Plus I would rather run power supply at 60% than 90%. Creates less heat

Good points.

Those temps are amazing.. 5ghz? Holy.. Lol. I can't answer that one for you.. Are you using MSI Afterburner? I've never tried to push mine that far.. I actually keep my GTX 580 at stock clocks with 1025mv. (1050mv being stock). I find if I try any higher I'll blue screen.. I can't even hit 900 core with 1070mv. (I think..)

If you are using MSI afterburner.. I don't really know why it doesn't like to stick to the numbers you set. whenever I use it; I try to set a specific number and it automatically changes it for me. Picking an exact value is near impossible unless it's a rounded off number..

But a quick google check on 1.15v for GTX 580's show it accepts 1.15v on other peoples cards.. Not sure why yours isn't clicking. Usually for full numbers like that it'll be fine. Weird... :\

I have tried afterburner, evga e-leet tuning and evga precision, none of them can apply the voltage. It doesnt even try to apply it. Its like it has a cap, but the option is there.
