Cool n' quiet Not working Win 7 32bit Ultimate?

I have all the settings in the bios and set the power settings correctly in Windows but never works.Btw it always works with 32bit or 64 bit XP and Vista.

My guess is the motherboard is not liking Windows 7.

Asus A8N-VM with latest bios. Skt 939 Opteron 180.

Any ideas? I'll give more info if needed but I'm in a rush.Thanks in advance.

Yes I have tried all the different power settings.Btw this is happening with Windows 7 basic 32bit as well.
