Hi all, I'd like to get a little more out of my memory:

F4-3600C18D-32GTRS

Trident Z Royal
DDR4-3600MHz CL18-22-22-42 1.35V
32GB (2x16GB)

I'm MemTest86 and Aida64 stable at 3600 MHz CL17-20-20-38 @ 1.4v but would like to try for 3800 or 3900 MHz if possible with the same timings but I'm afraid to run 1.45v 24/7 as my PC is literally on 24/7 (if not gaming for a few hours a day then mining crypto to heat the apartment overnight etc.)

I don't fully understand how the voltage setting works with memory as Thaiphoon doesn't seem to show the voltage and that's the only software that I know of that is able to read aspects of memory where others can't. If I set the voltage to a value in BIOS does it mean that memory is going to run at that voltage constant or is it dynamic either way?

Anyhow, what are everyone's thoughts about 1.45v for 24/7 use?

I'm not even sure the additional voltage will help in this regard, I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on the matter before upping the voltage.

I already have VCCIO at 1.089 and VCCSA at 1.164 so there isn't much more wiggle room here although from what I gather 1.2v is the safe limit for auxiliary voltages?
Thanks!

Chipset in question: i7 8700k + Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7

Thank for your answer, i guess i will stay here at 3733 c15, better try to find a 7700k.

vulcan78 => as i know 24/24 voltages can be 1.50v for dram, 1.25 VCCIO / 1.30 VCCSA

Wow that's a lot of VCCIO and VCCSA! But I suppose I have some wiggle room then as I'm currently at 1.1v on the auxiliaries. Thanks for the reply!
