I'm currently putting together a new build that includes the following:

mobo: gigabyte z77x-up4 th
CPU: Intel 3570k
Case: Corsair 650D

RAM, PSU, HHD, GPU: Same as signature (for now)

I have the CPU on a custom water loop that leak tested for the last hour. I plugged everything in to the PC and powered up. It powered up for about 5 seconds that shut down, and automatically restarted the power in a never-ending loop. No beeps, nothing. I eventually unplugged the RAM, GPU, HDD...everrything but the CPU and same behavior. I'm not sure where to begin troubleshoting. Does this behavior seem to indicate something to anyone? I'll admit that I messed up and turned the computer on a few times without the 8pin CPU cable. I hope I didn't destroy anything...:cry:
