is it possible to add instructions to a cpu?

so according to cpu z i have MMX(+), 3DNow!(+), SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4A, x84-64AMD-V.
im trying to find out if i can add SSE4.1 and or SSE4.2.
my goal is to play resident evil 7 I try to use the sde work around but it dosent save at all.
 
Even if you could fake the reporting of those instructions, assuming they would actually get used they would still need to be emulated and performance would probably stink. Maybe time to look at upgrading.
 
Back in the 1960's and 70's on main frame computers you could wire in your own instructions but not on solid state cpus.
