ISP to avoid...Frontier Part 2!!!

just my DSL went out for few mins this is normal for frontier
turns out they down our speed from a SLOW speed of 1.5mb down 700kb up
to 1mb down 400Kb up
so we are paying $40 month for "6mb down and 1.5 up" (read last thread theymessed the whole thing up) to sum up
we had 1.5mb for $30 we called because they said they offer 6mb for $40
so hey called and they claimed yep we could get it...... never up our speed and the tech said we could not get 6mb.... ok also they refused to change the bill

so now we have to call again and try to get back our 1.5mb
If we had any other option I mean ANY we would drop frontier soo fast
down this is what we can get with out costing T1 prices

so now Monday we will have to call them again.... so stay tuned for round 2 ding ding!

Three words for you, if round 2 ends just as badly: Small claims court.

I don't yell and them I only get mad when they are rude and/or hang up (which happens)

lol frontier must of found this post did not even have to call and they seem to have fixed it
back to overpaying for 1.5mb

well im sure they will do something dumb again so a real part 2 will happen!
so annoying had 1mb down for 5 days!
