Hey guys im building a new i7 rig this month. And i want to cool the following:
intel i7 965 extreme
the NB and SB on a evga x58 classified
and 2 nvidia gtx295's in SLI

But what really confuses me are the barb sizes, tubing OD and stuff. So i went over to Frozen CPU and checked out some stuff. So could anyone review it or anything and tell me if i have any better options? Money is no problem, im just going for more performance.

Thanks.

Thanks!

That is a monster pump. Way overkill, but okay.
Look at the MCP 655 and MCP 355 with an XSPC aftermarket top.

Than 250mm XSPC res is aluminum. It will barely cool your water too. Don't get it.
Look at http://www.frozencpu.com/products/6...2_Liquid_Cooling_Reservoir.html?tl=g30c97s165

Next.... You want to cool the CPU, NB/SB/Mosfets and two 295's?

Lets talk rads. Look at other brands of rads too. the one you chose needs HS, high pressure fans. Look at Feser, XSPC, Thermochill, and Swiftech rads.

You WILL need a 320 sized rad for just the CPU/NB/SB/Mosfets.
You WILL need a 320 sized rad for just the GPU's, maybe a 4 fan rad.
You WILL have to have two completly seperate loops. Meaning a pump, res, rad, hose etc for each loop.
Also, there are better brands of fittings. Bitspower is one, and there are others.

Here is other store info and some handy info to read up on.

+1

you will need way more raddage then a triple (2x 120mm, 1x120mm) to cool all that you want. and i would stay away from those black ice stealth rads, they are very thin and don't perform as well as other rads out there. the only series of rad i would get from the black ice series is the GTX, but they need high speed fans.

Just a big second to Conundrum's excellent advice. You can skimp on your radiators, but given you're going with such high end components, I'd definitely recommend two triple radiators and separate loops. You could also make it work with a triple and a dual radiator, but you won't have as much headroom.

Thanks for the info. Well this was just a estimate maybe. I havent recieved the case yet, but next weekend it should arrive and then ima see how many rads i can install internally with no problem.
Thanks again
