plz help

(i have win7 64bit)

If you haven't already, you need to set your RAM's rated speed, timings and voltage in your BIOS. Beyond that it's pretty hard to offer any help because we know nothing about your system. Please supply a list of all hardware in your machine, complete with brand, rating and model numbers. Once we have that we can give you more help.

We need a little bit more information than that. Is it an OEM or self-built computer? If OEM, what model? If self built, then give us the hardware information for your system: CPU, Brand/Speed of RAM, Motherboard, PSU (power supply issues can screw with system stability).

1.i did the timing, speed and voltage.
2.i made it self.
3.amd fx-8120
xfx hd 7970
asus sabertooth 990fx
silverstone 1500w

What about the RAM specs make/model #?

Have you tried each individual stick by itself to make sure you don't have a dead one? Is your CPU overclocked at all? How are temperatures (re: crashing)?

temps are 36 for cpu
23for ram
30for gpu

i dont overclock

i did had crash (blue screen) 2 times

model num.
cmz16gx3m4a1600c9

im going to try 1 stick at a time

Temps look fine. You might need to increase CPU-NB voltage a little bit since you're running four sticks of RAM, which might help with BSOD's...but you should still see all 16GB of RAM.

is it normal that my computer says overclocking failed! please enter setup to re-configure your system.
press f1 to run setup

and

total memory 4080 (ddr3-1333)

No, that's not normal...both of them probably mean your memory isn't set properly.

You'll have to manually set the memory's speed to DDR3-1600, timings to 9-9-9-24 and voltage to 1.5V. In case the system is under-volting the memory a hair, I'd try 1.525V or 1.55V on the memory. I'd also boost CPU-NB voltage a little bit. I don't recall what default is on FX chips. If it's 1.25V, bump that to 1.3V. If it's less than 1.25V, bump it by .05V from its default.

im a bit confused in the bios but i set the timings to 9-9-9-24 and to voltage 1.5v

im still looking for the cpu voltage but i cant find it

Not CPU voltage, CPU-NB voltage. It should be right there in the AI Tweaker menu. Change the offset to +0.05.

i think 2 of the 4 sticks are dead but there still in warranty so i well send them to corsair

does the ram problem causes freezing?
