Overclocking ADM 64x2 4800+

Hey all! I'm wan't to overclock my proccesor but i'm little scared. I have read most of posts how to overclock but i'm still doing nothing, so please help me
My precessor is as title says is ADM Athlon 64x2 4800+. Here is picture of Cpu-z and form my motherboard. I'm using Nvidia GT 440 1GB DDR3 and i have 2 GB of RAM. Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english.

Raise the FSB/CPU Frequency to 205 and instant overclock. Test stability with prime 95 blend mode for at least 2 hours to verify stability. Job done.
