P8h61-m plus v3 upgrading proccesor

Help on how to choose a processor for this mobo, i read from the manufacturer that lots of i5 and i7 for upgrade, but some processor has a rev. number and i don’t know how to check the rev number. Please help. Thanks in advance

I wouldn't worry about the processor revision number. Just go by the model number. You might also update to the latest bios if you already have a CPU in place that works.
