program to see with bandwith is going

the last few day my internet has gotten really slow and i have ask my family if they are downloading something and they all say no.
i know its not the next door ppl because they are out of range (by alot)
is there a program to see where the bandwith is going?
+ it most be free (even a trial would work)

If you need to measure it on the network level, a router/firewall will need to have it. Check to see if DDWRT is available or put together a pfSense router.

You aren't going to be able to measure it from your computer.

ok im not sure what both of those are but i was checking around and when i go one of the connected Ip addresses i go on my 2nd router which says something about DDWRT
