Isn't their mobile chips like the 4800H already out?

TSMC 7nm FinFet is stated as being used? Wouldn't it make most sense to use your most efficient process on mobile?

4800H is Zen2 based (7nm). The APUs, I believe, are ahead in numbering schemes.
