Thanks Metal! Yeah man...tryin' to milk this thing before switching back to the 7350k, am sure that's got more to give, too.

Couldn't resist a GTX580 Lightning for $40.00.

Nice going Stephan! I've got a 7350k that I need to get cranking on soon myself.

The KPC Inferno a great tool.

You are lucky...If I had seen that I would have snagged it myself

I still have not gotten around to fully benching my GTX-580's. I have 1 EVGA 3GB GTX-580 Classified (bios modded to 2.1v) 1 MSI 3GB GTX-580 Lightning Extreme and 1 MSI 1.5GB GTX-580 Lightning.
The 1.5GB card will not SLI with the 3GB Cards :(

Some more fun with the 7350k. My session goal was a good gpupi for cpu 1b sub but, after eventually getting it to actually run, my time would put me about 30 places below where it should be. :(

That said, spent the rest of the juice trying to improve some scores. Even finally got a pifast one done.

https://hwbot.org/submission/4050502 Not enough to move up even 1 slot but still...it's always worth subbing an improvement ;P

Last night I was cleaning up the storage room and came across the first board I ever successfully overclocked. Seems so long ago though I know it's only been a few years compared to most here. Good times for sure.

I had that board
I borked it by removing the H/S (with CPU still attached) one to many times and left a CPU pin in the socket (IIRC Athlon x2-4450e) :( I didn't know it at the time. I put the CPU in another board and it would not work/I put a different CPU in this board and it would not work. I put them both back together and the system worked. It was only later that I noticed that the CPU was missing a pin. I could never remove or make work the motherboard without that CPU installed
