Today we’re having a look at the be quiet! Silent Wings 3 case fans that came with the recently reviewed Dark Base Pro 900. These fans are available in 120/140mm sizes at two different speeds of 1000 RPM and 1650 RPM as PWM or DC and are available at many retail outlets. With such a variety of PC fans on the market these days a manufacturer really needs something that makes their product stand out. Basic considerations when choosing a case fan are appearance, cost, noise level and performance which depending on your needs will carry different weights in your decision. With that in mind let’s see how the Silent 3 case fans measure up and if they might be a product you would consider.

Toshiba OCZ TR200 480 GB SSD Review

Up today is Toshiba’s OCZ TR200 480 GB SSD, a 2.5″ 3D TLC NAND drive featuring Toshiba’s 64 layer BiCS3 technology. What does all that mean you ask? I’ll touch on this a bit later but for now, it allows Toshiba to produce lower cost, higher density SSDs. Improving the cost/GB and opening the door to the entry-level consumer market by offering an affordable, high-performance alternative to traditional hard disc drives.

HWBOT World Tour Championship 2017

The HWBOT World Tour 2017 featured overclocking events spanning ten countries around the world. These included the US, Brazil, France, Taiwan, South Africa, Russia, Indonesia and Australia. At each stop, an Overclocking World Championship 2017 Qualifier contest was held – an extreme overclocking contest where the region’s most talented overclockers competed for a ticket to the OCWC Final.
