No clamps are needed. It's 7/16" ID tubing that's been stretched over 1/2" ID barbs, which requires the tubing to be heated in hot water and then shrunk once cooled. If done correctly the tubing must be cut off and cannot be pulled or popped from the barb.
I know some people will frown upon not using barbs as safeguard but I've using this method for years and have not run into any problems or leaks. I change my equipment around every 3 months but I have a HTPC that's been running like this for over a year and hasn't let a drop of water escape. Every system I've built in the last 10 years has been water cooled and this is now my preferred method over compressions and worm clamps.
