Is it a coincidence that this is filed about the same time Verizon gets to start selling the iPhone?

How come there is no petition about the loss of unlimited plans for cell phones? Isn't it the same issue?

This effects me and the six other people using an iPhone who don't have the unlimited data plan.

Solution is to go to Verizon now. They have a better plans and way better coverage. Most of my friends jumped ship to go to Verizon for the iPhone.

Personally I was with T-Mobile for years! Got sick of their coverage and all my dropped calls. Now I'm happy with Verizon and love my Droid.
