1 Core 10c cooler than the rest?

Some times I wonder if it is the load on individual cores do to the loading program that cause the temp range difference. When I run prime95 then Realbench different cores reach maximum temperatures.

Here is core loading with DX11 and DX12.

There is often one cool core in the crowd, the technical geek term for that one core that is cooler than the rest... the Fonzie effect. If you had enough magnification, you'd see it is wearing a little leather motorcycle jacket, which possibly insulates against the heat and helps the Fonz Core stay nice and cool... ayyyyyyyyyy!
